Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Spray zucchini sticks lightly with olive oil, then toss in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
