- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender, then set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cooked chicken mixture.
- Layer broccoli in a baking dish, then pour the chicken mixture over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with cottage cheese for a different texture.
- Feel free to add sliced mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
