- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed blackberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Fresh blackberries for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold crushed blackberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and form a crust mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and shape the cream cheese mixture into small balls. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, then roll in the graham cracker crust mixture.
- Insert sticks into each coated ball and place on the baking sheet. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle fresh blackberries on top and drizzle with extra melted white chocolate if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh blackberries for best flavor.
- Chill the pops thoroughly to set the coating.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the freezer.
