Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
- In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat, then add butterscotch sauce and stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until set.
Notes
- This cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for up to a month. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream and butterscotch bits for extra delight.
