Instructions
- Mix softened cream cheese and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add butterscotch sauce, sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract; fold until combined and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, tapping to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, then drizzle with butterscotch sauce once removed from molds.
