- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onions and sliced mushrooms, and sauté for about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and season with salt and pepper; bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the egg noodles, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until noodles are tender. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- This meal can be frozen for longer storage, but texture may change upon reheating.
