Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, then stir in boiling water.
- Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once cooled, decorate with colorful frosting and Halloween edible decorations.
