- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the skewers by threading marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and grill the skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove from heat, let rest, and then plate with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs for garnish.
