Instructions
- Prepare the romaine lettuce by washing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, then let rest before slicing.
- Combine the chopped romaine, sliced grilled chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and toss.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the salad mixture between slices of bread, adding croutons if desired, then serve immediately.

- Store the sandwich wrapped or in an airtight container for freshness, preferably consume within a day.
- The salad mixture can be stored separately for up to two days.
