Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese with sugar, then adding eggs, sour cream, whipping cream, and vanilla; pour over the crust.
- Melt together butterscotch sauce, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract; drizzle over the cheesecake batter.
- Create swirls with a knife, then bake at 325°F (163°C) for 45-50 minutes; cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting.
