Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage into 3/4-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until edges are crispy and cabbage is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Thickest part of the stem may need trimming for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, add red pepper flakes for heat.
