- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken cubes in the marinade until well coated.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and golden.
- Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.

- You can bake these skewers in the oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes if grilling isn’t an option.
