Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic butter mixture by melting the butter and mixing it with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the steak bites with the garlic butter mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook the steak bites for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- Double the recipe if necessary, cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding the air fryer.
