- 1.5 lbs (680g) sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer; cook 6–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 135°F (medium).
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Transfer cooked steak to a serving dish; pour garlic butter over and sprinkle with parsley.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat steak dry before seasoning.
- Let steak rest 3–5 minutes after cooking forjuicier results.
- Serve with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.
