- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens. Return chicken to skillet, toss to coat.
- Serve chicken and sauce over cooked pasta, garnish with fresh parsley.
