- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For extended storage, freeze slices individually wrapped and placed in a freezer-safe bag.
