Ingredients

  • 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • 12 tablespoons heavy cream or Whole Milk, as needed

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, beating on low until combined, then on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the freeze-dried strawberry powder and mix until fully incorporated and pink.
  4. Add cream 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached — pipeable but still fluffy.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate; bring to room temperature and rewhip before piping.
