Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional for brightness)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to evenly coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely charred. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and stir continuously. Bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the grilled chicken bites to the skillet with the garlic sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with sides like crusty bread or steamed rice.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for more juiciness.
- Marinate longer for enhanced flavor.
- Add red pepper flakes to the garlic sauce for a spicy kick.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or breadsticks for a complete meal.
