- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh figs, sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup arugula
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic reduction (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and roll out the dough until about 12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and spread ricotta cheese evenly over the top.
- Artfully arrange the sliced figs on the pizza and sprinkle with arugula.
- Lay the prosciutto slices over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy. Drizzle with balsamic reduction if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispy edges.
