- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz triple sec or Cointreau
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz pomegranate juice
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)
- Cinnamon stick and dried orange slice for garnish
- Cinnamon sugar for rim
Instructions
- Rim glass with lime juice, then dip in cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
- In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pomegranate juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey (if using). Shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and dried orange slice. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute tequila with apple cider vinegar + a splash of ginger ale.
- Make ahead: mix all ingredients (except ice and garnish) and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
