Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a larger bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in green food coloring until uniformly colored.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool completely, then decorate with white and red icing to create Grinch faces and Santa hats.
