- For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup butterscotch sauce
- 1 cup toffee bits
- For Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional toffee bits for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Carefully fold in heavy whipping cream and butterscotch sauce, followed by toffee bits.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar until sandy. Press mixture into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Spread cheesecake filling over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set, then top with whipped cream and additional toffee bits.
