- ½ cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of butterscotch sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of chocolate or white chocolate for the drizzle
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy, then incorporate butterscotch sauce.
- If making homemade butterscotch sauce, cook brown sugar and butter until bubbly, then add cream before cooling slightly.
- Layer the crust in popsicle molds, fill with cheesecake mixture, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Melt chocolate for the drizzle and decorate as desired before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
