Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press it firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and butter extract. Fold in butterscotch sauce.
  3. Pour the creamy filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top. Tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
  4. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let cool gradually.
