- Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup butterscotch syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, butterscotch syrup, and vanilla; beat until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low after each addition. Pour filling into crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and caramel drizzle before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth filling.
- Chill cheesecake thoroughly to set properly.
- Decorate with additional whipped cream or butterscotch candies for extra flair.
