  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in butterscotch chips and caramel sauce. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
