- 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 package cornbread mix
- Milk and eggs (as per package instructions)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare the turkey by patting dry, buttering, and seasoning. Roast for about 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, and cinnamon; transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Mix green beans with cream of mushroom soup and top with fried onions; bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare cornbread according to package instructions and bake in a separate dish for 25 minutes.
Notes
- Allow turkey to rest for 20 minutes before carving for maximum juiciness.
- You can substitute fresh green beans for canned if preferred.
- Adjust cooking times depending on turkey size.
