- 2 cups fresh green peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the cooked peas, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes, tossing to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute fresh peas with frozen if fresh are unavailable.
- Add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness.
