- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over cooked turkey and stir to coat.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve the turkey and vegetables over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Feel free to substitute vegetables like snap peas or carrots.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more honey or soy sauce.
