- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package frozen Tater Tots (32 oz)
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked meat, soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer Tater Tots on top of the meat mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese over Tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until Tots are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bacon or jalapenos.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked later.
