Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (mix of colors)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place sliced beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
- Mix beef broth and soy sauce, pour over the ingredients.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- In a small bowl, stir cornstarch and water; add to the slow cooker. Cook until sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.

- You can use any color of bell peppers for more vibrant presentation.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
