- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add potstickers and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden on the bottom.
- Add sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the stir fry, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until flavors meld. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Use pre-cooked potstickers for faster prep.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on availability.
- Serve with extra soy sauce or chili flakes for added flavor.
