- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package pre-made pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter.
- Spoon apple filling onto each crust circle, then fold and seal edges.
- Place mini pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg.
