Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then add onions and peppers, cooking until tender.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer cooked rice and beef mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
