- 1 cup chopped onions

- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, optionally over cooked rice.
