  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet.
  1. Coat chicken strips in cornstarch until evenly covered.
