Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, sift together flour and baking soda, then mix in granulated and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry mixture and then the milk, mixing until a dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, scoop dough into balls, and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Freeze cookies for up to 3 months, separating layers with parchment paper.
- Margarine can be used as a substitute for butter.
