Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy in a separate large bowl.
- Add milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well blended.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips into the cookie dough until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
