- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper inside the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring halfway through, until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with bread, chips, or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
- Best served warm, but can be refrigerated and reheated.
