- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then add chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to slow cooker.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, and tortellini to the slow cooker, stir well.
- Cover and cook on high for 20-30 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to add fresh spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
