Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and mix with juices before serving.
