- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained
- 5 ounces fresh spinach

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, cook minced garlic until fragrant, then pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the cream sauce, cooking until the spinach wilts for about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon creamy sauce over, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, adding fresh basil before serving.
