- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat cranberry sauce and orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer the glaze until slightly thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the cranberry glaze and serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can prepare the meatballs ahead of time and bake just before serving.
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
