- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup fresh cranberries
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each pastry cup with a small piece of brie cheese and top with cranberries.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Can substitute blue cheese or goat cheese for brie.
- Use frozen cranberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Refrigerate leftovers and reheat briefly before serving.
