A quick and easy holiday appetizer combining flaky pastry, creamy brie, and fresh cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares. Place each square into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Fill each pastry cup with a small piece of brie cheese and top with cranberries.
