Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Add lemon zest for vibrant flavor.
- Mix well until a smooth dough forms. For Funfetti cookies, use funfetti cake mix instead.
- Stir in additional ingredients: mix until incorporated for lemon cookies, and fold in sprinkles for Funfetti cookies.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on the baking sheet briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
