- 1 can of fruit filling (blackberries, cherries, or pineapples)
- ½ cup of butter (melted)
- ½ cup of water
- (Optional) Ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and water until smooth.
- Prepare your fruit filling by draining canned fruit or washing and chopping fresh fruit; layer evenly in the baking dish.
- Pour the cake batter over the fruit, distributing it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving and enjoy with optional ice cream.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
