Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and melted butter in a bowl until well coated.
- Split mini brioche buns and lightly toast if desired.
- Spoon equal amounts of buffalo chicken onto each bun base.
- Top with crumbled blue cheese, chopped romaine, and a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Cap with bun tops and serve warm.
