- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the broccoli mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one end to the other, then slice into 1-inch rounds.
- Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
