Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 8 large butter lettuce leaves
  • ¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup diced dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • 3 tbsp thousand island dressing (sugar-free)
  • paprika & fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5–6 mins). Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute more. Remove from heat.
  3. Wash and dry lettuce leaves thoroughly. Lay flat on a plate.
  4. Divide beef evenly among lettuce leaves. Top with cheddar, pickles, onion, and 1 tbsp Thousand Island dressing per wrap.
  5. Garnish with a pinch of paprika and fresh dill. Serve immediately.
